There is nothing worse than receiving items that are of poor quality. By the very nature of Organic foods, see the Soil Association web site, the produce can occasionally deteriorate between packing and delivery. So Stair Organic Growers operate a no quibble refund policy for items that you consider sub standard. We can credit your next order to the value of the sub standard produce. Alternatively we can supply you with a replacement item. We ask that you try and compost the poor items yourself but you can return them in tightly sealed bags if you want.
