Stair Organic Growers Prices of fresh produce are very variable and so are subject to change at any time. Deliverys are made on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We deliver using our own vehicles. Your welcome email will tell you when we are likely to deliver. This information is also available from your Personal Details area. You can also use the post code checker. We will try our best to adhere to these times, but they cannot be guaranteed. Payment can be made in the following ways: Cash or cheque on delivery. Minimum order is £7.00. Delivery is £2.50 for orders under £9.50. Boxes and orders over £9.50 are delivered free. There is a discount of 2.5% for orders over £30, 5% for orders over £40 and 10% for orders over £100 and delivered to a single address. While every effort is made on our part, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items. Order deadlines: The web shop will not allow additions or changes to your order 24 hours before your delivery day. For example if you have your delivery on a Wednesday, you will not be able to make changes after midnight Monday. Cancellation deadlines: The web shop will not allow cancellations 24 hours before your delivery day. For example if you have your delivery on a Wednesday, you will not be able to make changes after midnight Monday. Cancellations after these times maybe subject to a charge of 30% of the original invoice total to cover administration. We are based in the United Kingdom, transactions are completed in Pounds Sterling and we do not supply to countries outside the UK. |
